Singapore PGA member James Leow has staged a brilliant comeback win in Saudi Arabia after a spectacular course record equalling final round 63 at the Aramco Invitational Tournament, storming home with birdies on each of his final 3 holes at Rolling Hills Golf Club.
A tournament total of 23-under par secured the breakthrough victory for Leow on the Asian Development Tour (ADT) by two shots over England’s Angus Flanagan who held the overnight lead.
The impressive performance earned Leow a winners cheque for USD$43,750 and has pushed him up into 4th place on the ADT Order of Merit, securing one of the 10 Asian Tour cards on offer for the 2026 season. The top 5 finish on the Order of Merit also earns Leow a spot to tee it up in the USD$1 million Saudi Open that will take place from December 10-13 at Dirab Golf & Country Club.
This makes Leow the 4th Singapore PGA member to claim victory on the Asian Development Tour, with the last Singaporean win coming back in 2019 when Quincy Quek claimed the PGM Northport ADT Championship. Leow’s ADT victory goes along with two other titles this year on our local SPGA Circuit, claiming wins at the ParTee Golf Classic and Victoria Chen Golf Series, rounding off a very solid season for the 28yr old.
The Singapore PGA is proud to see another Singaporean join the main Asian Tour and would like to congratulate James on this achievement.
